Christmas in July

Right before Meg turned 1 we found out that we were having a another baby in at the end of July. It was a crazy time and definitely took a while to sink in. We kept it really quiet for awhile mainly because we did not want to steal from Meg's birthday attention. (even though she behaved miserably) Then right after turning 1 as you have read previously, Meg was pitching fits and acting out and not the best child in the world and I thought, what the heck have I gotten myself into. But, luckily she simmered down after a couple of weeks and has been a much happier camper. We planned on revealing at the Williams family Christmas our big news, but there was a mix up with Meg's tshirt and then we just decided not to without it. Here are some pictures of her in her tshirt. She is sooo excited to get to show it off at school tomorrow. Her gut really gets in the way of you being able to read it, but it does say "I'm the Big Sister". Also, in some of the pictures she is practicing her favorite song "The itsy bitsy spider"...hence the hand motions
