So....not sure where to begin
Well since my last post Meg has turned 17 months (now she is closer to 18) and is talking up a storm. She repeats EVERYTHING when she wants to, it is adorable. My favorite currently is the color yellow. It is sooo cute. Also, as you will see in the pictures, we turned Meg's car seat around this past weekend. She was just getting too long and her legs were all crunched up. But, this has posed issues we never expected. Now, when she drops things they are in the floor board and much harder for us to reach, and this is often just a never ending game. She also spent about 2 weeks calling her daddy "Cole", I did antagonize this a bit. It really was cute and funny (at least to me). Meg is overall adjusting well to the new house and is just glad her toys have all reappeared.
Also, my best friend Allison and her husband Kyle came in from Singapore. I was able to enjoy lunch with them (after my 1st gestational diabetes test), show them the house, and then we picked up Meg at school and took her to the park. Here is the link to the pictures they took that day. If you notice, meg would not let her water and pretzels out of her hands even when she was sliding. It was so great to see them, but definitely not enough time!!

Mary Clark and I survived 2 gestational diabetes tests, the first produced a false positive and so I had to endure the long 3 hour test the morning of our move. Luckily, my mom came up to help both Cole and I out the night before and day of with coordinating the move and getting me to and from the doctors office. Also, then Cole's parents came the weekend after we moved and were so much help in getting things settled. Mary Clark is now 11 or so weeks away from arriving and I cannot believe how fast things have gone. I still feel good and I am sleeping well, but I do feel like my stomach is a lot bigger than it was with Meg at this point, even though I have really not put on that much weight. I have less than 2 weeks of school then I will not be returning until Thanksgiving in the fall. It is surreal that I will be off that long with summer and everything. I am looking forward to spending the summer taking Meg to the pool and spending time with her before Mary Clark arrives.
More on the house, and gotten pretty settled, no pictures to show yet, but SOON I promise. We are currently waiting on our plantation shutters for the downstairs main areas, and still have some boxes to unpack, and a playroom to organize before I will feel completely settled. It is so nice to have all this space, but it has filled up surprisingly quickly, its amazing that we have 1,000 more square feet and we have filled it so fast. We also survived the awful flooding in Middle TN virtually unscathed. Thank you so much to all that called and checked on us, we felt so fortunate to be dry!
Here are some random pictures and then some from Mothers Day weekend. They are mainly from the fish fry at my uncle Max's house and on my parents porch with Meg and the bubbles.
