Fourth of July

This morning started off early running the Firecracker 5K. It was super hot but we are glad we did it. My friends Lauren and Trisha met us there. Trisha kicked all our tails. I was just happy to break 30. Then we headed straight to Cracker Barrell and the pool for the rest of the day. We were able to hang with our friend Derek (he also ran the race but we never saw him except on the course) and his girlfriend Aubrey at the pool. We met her for the first time before vacation so it was nice to visit with her more. Sorry the pics are out of order I am not sure how to control the order from the blogger app on my phone.
