This past weekend we literally raced out to town to my parents house to beat the Severe Weather after I was dismissed from school at 11:15. We had a lot of fun playing outside at my parents house on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
Frisbee Fun
"SoccA Ball"
Meg riding my tricycle
Making Pop Chuck a colorful garden 'aka' Sidewalk chalk
We also spent Saturday morning in Brownsville and got to see Grandma Jane, Grandma Martha Ann and Grandaddy Doug and Aunt Mary. We had a wonderful time visiting, reading books, playing, and eating with them. We are so grateful to have 3 of my 4 Grandparents alive.
Then Sunday morning we got up and went to the Memphis Zoo. We had so much fun, seeing all the animals. Mary Clark was obsessed with "tigers" and any other large cat she considered a Tiger and the Monkeys. Meg really loved her camel ride with Cole and the Sea Lion show. The weather was so mild that so many of the animals were playful and showing out. This was the first time I had seen the panda's playing and the Sea Lion show was entertaining and informative. The only thing I was disappointed about was the Polar Bear was not swimming this time. It was so fun to see him swimming last time.
