Big Girl, new tricks

Meg is crawling better every day and pulling up on new things as well. This weekend for our voyage we decided it was time to upgrade her car seat. The old seat was for up to 22 pounds (remember she weighed 21 lbs 9 oz about 2 weeks ago) and 29 inches (oops, she was also 29.5 inches at her checkup). We really think she liked the spacious new seat. Also, this weekend there was another first...Sunday afternoon she was napping in her pack and play and we were watching the Ole Miss game. When she woke up I went back to get her, only to find her sitting up in her pack and play. I yelled for Cole, (multiple times) and he finally pulled himself away front he TV to see what Meg had done. He came back there and said "oh, I thought something was wrong"...obviously Jevan Snead was more important than Meg, at least at that moment. This was not a fluke, because this morning when Mimi went to get Meg from her pack and play when she woke up, she was sitting up as well. So we are fully prepared to find her sitting...or maybe standing in her bed at home in the morning.
